Sebastian Kite United Kingdom, b. 1989

Biography

Sebastian Kite (b. 1986, British–German) is an installation artist working between London and southwest France. Rooted in architecture, his practice stages immersive, site-specific environments that merge light, sound, movement, performance, and sculptural form. Kite creates temporal spaces that invite viewers to inhabit time differently, challenging perception through carefully choreographed spatial and sensorial experiences. His work unfolds at an architectural scale and often engages historically resonant or unconventional sites, from churches and prisons to industrial ruins.
